China Building collapse, killing 22 people in the process.

It was reported that several " cramped six storey building" for migrants workers in the city of Wenzhou collapsed about 3:25 a.m on monday.
  The death toll has reached 22 and over 6 survivors has been confirmed. A 3-year old girl was pulled from the wreckage and reports suggest that her father shielded her from the debris. In a desperate attempt to protect the trapped people, the rescue team had to use their bare hands to dig out the remains of the building leading to a slow progress.
  " To protect those who are trapped we are mainly digging with our bare hands so that work is going slowly" fire department officer Sun Jing told Xinhua, adding that the debris was piled three storey high.
  The building which were constructed in 1970s has long been considered weak building since it was poorly constructed by farmers. The government had on multiple occasions tried to demolish the building but the residents resisted the effort and demanded for compensation instead.
The cause of the disaster is still unknown but security agents are already working on it.
