With the Electoral debate coming up hot and fast, the battle for the presidential seat has never been more intriguing. This is largely owned to the fact that the two biggest candidates would be facing each other head on. There has never been any love lost between Hillary clitton and Donald trump, and while it's common for the opposing candidate to taunt each other, these two have taken the contest to a whole new level.
Donald Trump, who has amassed an incredible fortune the "honest way" is famously known for his arrogance, proud gestures and outrageous statements. Donald trump always finds a way to use his success to seek Attention and almost never in a kind manner, he is not loved by many but yet still tipped by many to be the successor to Barrack Obama's seat. This is largely due to the fact that his opponent hillary clitton, has not been that impressive of late and has been involved on multiple scandals and with the debate fast approaching, she may need to get a grip on her skirt fast.
A few months ago, Hillary Clitton was accused of jeopardizing National security when she used a private email, tied to an unsecured server at her home to conduct Government business while serving as secretary of state. The Fbi spent 11months going through Clitton's Email to determine if she had endangered America's secret. Though they found some numbers of emails containing Top secret information, there was no form of any activity that would have indicated that her account was hacked. Donald Trump stated that she should be jailed and also took the liberty of giving her a nick name " crooked Hillary". All forms of charges against her were dropped.
There is a wide spreading rumour that Clitton may be covering up a serious Medical condition. In 2012, a concussion from a fall and at a time, she was diagnosed with Pneumonia. At 68, her supposed illness may be considered by some persons as one of those things that can happen to you when aging but it has never quite played well into any of the past Candidate's favour. Things just couldn't get better for Trump.
Another major problem Hillary has is the " trust issue". The majority of Americans do not believe Clinton is honest and trustworthy. According to a recent survey from New york Times/CBS, over 64% of the registered voters do not believe Clitton is honest and trustworthy. Also, a Quinnipac survey showed that 44% voters consider Trump to be more honest and trustworthy to Clitton's 39%.
While the National poll showed Clitton leading Trump 49% to 37% among likely Voters in November's general election, Donald Trump edged out Clitton 45% to 41% when interviewers were asked which candidate they had more confidence in if similar attacks like the one in Florida was to take place a year from now under a new president. Other questions were asked concerning Terrorism, Muslims and guns. Trump is seen as a stronger candidate in combating against terrorism home and abroad.
Though, it has not been all smiles for Donald Trump who many still see as one lacking political discipline due to his constant taunt throwing. Trump is famous for being famous, he makes outrageous statements, picks fights and chases publicity. His proposal to ban Muslims, accusations against a federal Judge for being biased due to his mexican Heritage, and also questioning the Heroism of John McCain all but leaves him at risk of losing the general Election.
Trump is not very kind to women as he has been caught using the words fat pig, ugly, flat chested, slob and other mean words the lady beside you probably would not like to hear. He once suggested that Carly Fiorina, his fellow republican presidential candidate was too ugly to be Elected.
Recently, Donald Trump hinted that Clitton's bodyguards should be disarmed and the guns should be taken away. His statement " Clitton bodyguards should disarm, take her guns away and we will see what happens" raised many eye brows and it may not play well for Trump as many could see this as a indirect threat on Clitton's safety.
The Election will begin September 26 when there will be three general Election debates between Hillary and Donald Trump, along with the vice presidential debate between Tim Kaine and Mike pence, scheduled for October 4, 2016.
Back to the question again, who do you prefer?
